- — Tickets are issued in the name of each participant. At the time of booking, please provide the full name (first name and last name, exactly as they appear on a valid ID document) of every member of your group. Uffizi Gallery staff check each ticket individually — incorrect names may result in refused entry.
— Despite priority-entrance tickets, a waiting line at the security checkpoint is normal and unavoidable. During peak season (spring and summer), wait times at the entrance can reach 20 minutes. This is standard practice at the Uffizi Gallery and applies to all visitors regardless of ticket type.
— Please note that if you choose the option of Timed Entry Ticket, you will get only the Ticket entrance to the Uffizi Gallery without a guided tour.
— Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the group once the tour has begun.
