Selected options may include a visit to the Vasari Corridor, the elevated passageway built in 1565 by Giorgio Vasari for Duke Cosimo I de' Medici. Stretching above the streets and crossing the Ponte Vecchio, this remarkable architectural masterpiece once allowed the Medici family to travel safely between Palazzo Vecchio and Pitti Palace.
Please note: There is no guided tour inside the Vasari Corridor. Before entering, your guide will provide an introduction to its history, architecture, and significance. Inside the corridor, visitors will be accompanied and assisted by museum staff.
Depending on the option selected, you may also visit the magnificent Pitti Palace. Explore its grand halls, lavish royal apartments, and impressive collections while discovering centuries of Florentine history and the legacy of the Medici family.
