Description

This class takes place in a historic palace near Ponte Vecchio. Begin with a visit to the Pasta Museum guided by an expert, including a welcome aperitivo. You will make fresh lasagna sheets by hand using a rolling pin, prepare authentic béchamel sauce, and combine it with bolognese ragù to create classic lasagna.

Next, learn how to craft Italy’s iconic dessert Tiramisù, watching your instructor prepare it live before assembling your own portion to enjoy later. The experience continues with a shared meal in a convivial atmosphere, accompanied by a professional tasting of five organic Tuscan wines from a family-owned farm.

Access to a shop selling wines and pasta tools at special prices is included. The experience ends with Tiramisù and a shot of limoncello as a sweet finale.

A recipe booklet in English is provided so you can recreate these dishes at home.
