This guided day tour covers key highlights of the Tuscan countryside, including Pisa, San Gimignano, and Siena, with an optional traditional Italian lunch.

Begin in Pisa at the Square of Miracles to see the cathedral, baptistery, and the famous Leaning Tower, which stands nearly 56 meters tall and leans at about 4 degrees.

Next, drive through the picturesque Chianti countryside, passing hilltop hamlets before arriving in San Gimignano. Here, you can enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch with wine pairing if this option is selected. Explore San Gimignano’s medieval town center, known for its tall, narrow towers and craftsmen shops along cobbled streets and small squares.

The tour ends in Siena, a hilltop town rich in history and art. Walk through the pedestrianized historic center, visit the local cathedral, and, if selected, join a guided walking tour along medieval streets, including the Piazza del Campo and the site of the oldest bank in the world.
