Description

Prepare traditional Italian dishes, including truffles, balsamic vinegar, seasonal vegetables, certified meats, Italian flour, and eggs for pasta such as ravioli, fettuccine, and gnocchi. You will cook various meat sauces, seasonal vegetable dressings, and classic desserts like tiramisu, gelato, pannacotta, and profiteroles.

Enjoy cooking together as a group, then taste the dishes paired with selected red and white wines in the elegant dining room. Recipes are provided so you can recreate them at home for friends and family.

The deluxe dinner class runs Monday through Friday, starting at 4:45 pm and lasting 3.5 hours. Classes may also be offered in Spanish and German, depending on chef availability. The price is €73 per person, with a vegetarian option available. Due to risk of contamination, guests with severe allergies or celiac disease cannot participate.
