We'll leave Florence in a van with up to 8 seats, leaving behind its bustling streets and embarking on a journey along scenic roads surrounded by hills, cypress trees, and impeccable vineyards. Our first stop will be Greve in Chianti, considered the 'gateway' to the Chianti region. There, you'll have the chance to explore its picturesque central square, surrounded by arches and historic buildings. Take the opportunity to visit its famous delicatessens, where you can discover and buy iconic local sausages, such as the award-winning Chianti hams and salamis, perfect for pairing with wines. We'll also visit the Enoteca del Chianti. We'll then head to the charming village of Montefioralle, considered one of the most beautiful and well-preserved medieval villages in Italy. Its alleys and architecture will transport you to a bygone era, while you enjoy this hidden gem that looks like it's from a postcard. Montefioralle is the perfect place to relax and soak up the serenity of Tuscany. The experience will culminate with a special stop at a family winery, where the owners will welcome us with open arms. Here, you'll have the chance to taste authentic wines from the Chianti Classico region, right in the company of the producers themselves. We'll sit at the table with the owners of the winery, who will share, with our guide's translation, their life stories, their passion for winemaking, and all the secrets that make their wines so unique. It'll be an intimate and enriching experience, accompanied by lots of culture, learning, and, of course, excellent wines. Besides the tasting, you'll discover how each bottle is created – from the vineyards to the aging cellars – and understand the role of wine in Tuscan tradition and lifestyle.
