Description

Experience the true spirit of Tuscan conviviality with the BARGELLATA, a traditional shared dinner designed to be enjoyed together around the table. The experience takes place in a historic restaurant in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria, and reflects the local tradition of sharing food as a social and cultural moment. Guests sit at a convivial table for a full dinner served in generous portions, designed to be shared, encouraging dialogue and connection between diners. The Bargellata is not a food tasting menu, but a genuine shared meal that reflects the way in which Florentines gather at the table to eat, talk, and spend time together. This experience is ideal for couples, friends, and small groups who want to immerse themselves in an authentic and relaxed way in the Tuscan food culture.
