Description
Experience Cinque Terre’s iconic coastal landscape on a day trip from Florence by coach, train, and boat. Begin in La Spezia, the gateway to the region, then travel by train to Monterosso, the largest village. Explore its picturesque streets and seaside views before continuing by boat to Vernazza. The boat ride provides a unique vantage point of the colorful houses and cliffs along the coast.
Spend free time in Vernazza to explore its narrow alleys and relaxed atmosphere. Optionally, taste local Ligurian specialties like focaccia, seafood cones, and Cinque Terre limoncino.
After lunch, travel by train to the villages of Manarola and Riomaggiore. Walk their narrow streets, capture photos, and enjoy the authentic coastal environment. The trip concludes with a return to Florence.
