Description
Begin your experience with a small welcome reception. Relax, meet fellow food lovers, and hear what’s in store for this special kosher Italian cooking experience.
The first part of your class focuses on Italy’s most beloved tradition: fresh pasta. Under the guidance of your chefs, mix and knead pasta dough from scratch using top-quality kosher-certified ingredients. Learn to roll, shape, and cut pasta in classic Italian styles. Prepare authentic sauces, emphasizing Tuscany’s farm-to-table philosophy.
Next, create a truly traditional Tuscan dessert: I Necci. Sweet crepes typically made with chestnut flour and filled with ricotta cheese, sugar, or honey. A recipe that is as simple as it is ancient, and not easy to find.
Your chefs will show you how to select the finest kosher-certified ingredients, the art of creating perfect pastry and a sweet, creamy filling, and tips to achieve the lightness that makes this simple recipe so irresistible.
Sit down together and celebrate your creations with a glass of excellent kosher wine, specially chosen to pair with your dishes. Share stories, laughter, and enjoy the warm atmosphere that makes dining in Italy so unique.
At the end of the class, receive a Certificate of Participation, signed by your chefs, along with exclusive recipes to recreate these dishes at home, keeping the spirit of Florence alive in your own kitchen.
