Your journey begins with access to La Calza SPA, an oasis of tranquility located within an ancient convent complex in the heart of the city. You will have 2 hours to relax and rejuvenate in the indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, vitarium, snow room, relaxation area and herbal tea room.
At the end of the wellness experience, you will be escorted into the evocative Mistrangelo Chapel, a historic space decorated with frescoes from the late 19th century, where you will take part in a guided Sound Healing session.
