Sylvia and the staff were so welcoming with great hospitality! We stayed 3 nights while visiting Florence and Sylvia was so helpful as far as providing the necessary information we needed for our planned itinerary. She will also give you Italian language lessons in the morning while at breakfast 🤣! CIAO CIAO…we see you next time!
Excellent small boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good and the only minor issue, which was not an issue for us, is that it is located on the first floor w/o elevator. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! The location is a walk from the town center but it’s near a lovely park where kids and families are. Sylvia is really kind and welcoming!
Absolutely amazing. You can walk to everything you need. My wife and I came in for our honey moon and were greeted by an angel, Ms. Silva, who cooked for us and made sure we were at home since the moment we walked in. Our bags even got lost at the airport and she called and spoke Italian to the operators to help figure it out. It was more than just a room, she wanted us to feel at home. It felt like a fairy tale of some sort. It felt like waking up at grandmas house in Florence. Every morning we walked out to a buffet style breakfast and Ms. Silva serving you with a huge smile on her face. We will definitely be back to Florence and we will stay here no questions asked!
We stayed at Hotel Alfieri9 in Florence and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also super clean. The location is perfect close to everything but still quiet enough to rest. Special thanks to Silvia, who was incredibly kind and attentive during breakfast and helped us with everything we needed. We absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Don’t miss the delicious breakfasts Highly recommended! My husband, our friends, and I will definitely come back to this hotel!
