Had a great stay at the hotel! Location is exceptional, we even got upgraded to a suite which was awesome. Loved that they have a complimentary ice machine at the reception desk, the breakfast options were delicious. Overall a really good experience and would come back.
My stay at B&B Hotel Laurus was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and fully updated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was convenient and very tasty. The location of this hotel was perfect for those who want to be in the action of the city center. Restaurants, shops, and sightseeing surround this hotel, yet I didn't find it loud at all. It was quite the opposite. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well cared for.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at B&B Florence Duomo. The front desk staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Location was fantastic, steps from the Duomo, close to Train station, central to many other attractions like Ufitzi, David and Piti Palace. While I found the room small I thought they used the space well. Bathroom shower leaked terribly (no real door) but the marble floors and countertops with rain shower made it feel like a luxury hotel. Provided a variety of complimentary including slippers, dental kit, annd shower clap which was lovely. I asked for special accommodations like more towels and pillows with no issue. Breakfast had lots of options but quality was average. I would definitely consider staying here again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus in Florence. The first thing I want to mention is the outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even took the time to make a reservation for us at a local restaurant, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional and offered an amazing variety of choices. There were numerous Italian pastries, multiple cheeses and cold cuts, as well as American-style scrambled eggs and bacon. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Florence on foot and enjoying the city’s historic center. My only caution is for travelers arriving by rental car. Driving to the hotel can be very challenging. GPS navigation may route you through areas that are not drivable, such as market areas and restricted traffic zones (ZTLs). If you’re renting a car, I recommend researching parking options in advance and being very careful when following GPS directions in the city center. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service, a fantastic breakfast, and a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to Florence. The location is absolutely perfect right next to the Duomo, so you’re in the heart of the city the moment you step outside. It made exploring all the main attractions incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s not always easy to find a place that is both budget-friendly and this well-located, but this hotel truly delivers on both. The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was a big plus. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Florence in terms of location, comfort, and value. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Definitely a 5-star experience for us!
