A Wonderful hotel. Highly Recommend the rooms with a balcony or a view. Its located so centrally to so many things in Florence, essential steps from the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio amongst other Florentine landmarks. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are incredibly accomodating. I'd stay here again.

Very nice, immaculate throughout. The breakfast each morning was fabulous and we enjoyed the bar for evening cocktails. Location is great for walking to major sights and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, friendly staff, good rooms and easy to get to all the sights of Florence. Bar in the hotel excellent for cocktails and drinks, but only opens in the evenings 6pm to 1am, but staff were super on top of their game.

I stayed for a few days, everything from the room to the service was wonderful. Is very centric and walkable to the museums and the whole town. Will definitely come back.

Florence was the first city of our trip to Italy and I am so glad we decided to go with a full service hotel. The breakfast was fresh, had good options and service was good. Items on the buffet were constantly replenished. The onsite bar/restaurant was popular as well, we enjoyed a few late night cocktails here upon our return to the hotel. Our room was small but beautiful and clean. We stayed in the Premium Delux Signoria View room, which had a great view of the Duomo and french doors leading to the upstairs deck. One star off because the beds were rock solid and the pillows were empty. I got terrible sleep here. This was the most expensive of the four hotels we stayed in while in Italy and had by far the worst sleeping conditions.
