The friendly and welcoming staff here were simply amazing. The lovely young girl at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was so very sweet and friendly! Calvin is an exceptional host and started each day of our stay with a big smile and great coffee. The location is so central to everything in Florence that we wanted to see and do. Would give the staff and this hotel 6/5 stars if I could.
We’ve been here for a week, and I have to say how wonderful Linda, our breakfast waitress, has been. The food each morning was fresh, high-quality, and absolutely lovely, which made breakfast something to look forward to every day. What made it even more special was Linda—she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always making sure we were well looked after. Her warm and friendly service truly elevated our experience and made our stay feel like a 5+ star one. Highly, highly recommended! ♥️ Thank you Linda!
An excellent hotel with a very good quality-price ratio. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back! 😊
