The hotel is nice, good price, I love the breakfast even the pistachio croissants were the best. Fresh coffee served, enough options with fruits, cereal, pastries, cakes, scrambled eggs, meats, toast etc. Service is lovely, front desk girl is extra lovely she helped us schedule taxis and made it really easy for us. The room itself is nice it’s pretty big, had the bottom floor, including a mini fridge etc. issue is the internet is really poor, they gave us an alternative internet and it was still poor rooms provide only 1 bar which is annoying if you’re using your own internet. We wanted to use the pool, only the pool.. but you have to pay €20 euros which is fine because you have access to the spa, but we just wanted a 30 minute dip in the pool to cool off and not wanting to pay €60 for a pool dip. Really gutted I couldn’t use this facility, the hotel should mention that in the booking. They could try mentioning this information when checking in to their guests. Okay, the noise is true on other people’s reviews, we have just woke up to the crack of dawn it’s 7:30am there’s someone drilling outside, someone lumping upstairs (which they’ve been doing every day) and the laundry room, you can here them opening and closing the doors. The worse noise is the upstairs noise it’s like a base noise and it goes on all night my friend couldn’t sleep most nights. There’s a bus number 14 that takes you to the centre it’s only like 10 minutes, really convenient and there’s a bakery at the end of the road, and a restaurant next door which was lovely (jazz restaurant).
I personally loved my stay here. Had a very large room. Clean. Staff amazing. Did not try spa or breakfast. You are 30 min by walk away from the center though, be aware. Buses are frequent but strikes can happen (happened to us on the day we had to leave but we managed). 24/7 reception open is very appreciated. Recommand.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Florence. The surrounding area is beautiful, the hotel itself is lovely, very comfortable, and extremely clean. Having parking available was also a big advantage for us since we were traveling by car. Although there is an extra charge for parking, it is definitely worth the convenience. The breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we think this is a great place to return to when visiting Florence, especially if you are traveling by car.

Their attention to detail, helpful attitude, and thoughtful local recommendations made us feel truly valued as guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the immediate access to the pool upon arrival. The relaxed atmosphere by the pool terrace, where we were able to enjoy food and drinks, added a special touch of comfort and leisure to our experience. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully designed with a modern touch, providing a high level of comfort throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. Overall, everything was simply perfect. Considering the outstanding level of service, comfort, and amenities, the value for money is remarkable. I will most definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Florence.
Very good stay for two nights at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed. The only downside is the sound insulation — the first night was quite noisy due to neighbors, which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, everything was really excellent. The spa area with the pool is a great bonus — we even had it entirely to ourselves, which made the experience very relaxing. The jacuzzi function in the pool is especially enjoyable and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh products, especially fruits, and everything was of great quality. The service was also very good, with friendly and professional staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience despite the minor issue with noise insulation.
