We loved the area where this hotel is. Easy to walk to all the popular spots and a ton of restaurants close by. The staff were great - very welcoming. Our room was a quad room with a queen and two twins. It was tight but very clean, and the beds were super comfortable! The ac cranked which felt amazing on a 98° day. The free breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend.
We recently spent two nights here in the 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. While not directly attached to the hotel, it was a short walk (less the 2 mins), and absolutely worth it. The view over the square was so peaceful and the rooms gave my family of 4 the space we needed while still allowing us to be together. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Perfectly located, clean and pretty spacious hotel. I would definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Florence… Personnel at the reception desk friendly and helpful. Ladies made our stay very pleasant. Bottle of red wine was waiting for us in the room and additional surprises came from them at the end of our stay! Thank you guys! We appreciate it a lot…
The hotel's location is perfect — right on the square, just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station and the airport tram stop, with a supermarket nearby. The interior has a pleasant vintage style; everything is clean, and the furniture is well-maintained. I stayed in February, and the room was warm. The blackout shutters are a great touch, providing complete darkness at night. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were two armchairs and a minibar in the room. The breakfast offers a good selection of pastries, omelets, ham, and fruit. However, there were some inconveniences. There is no kettle in the room. The biggest issue was the bathroom: it only has a rainfall showerhead without a flexible hose, making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. The hairdryer is very old and underpowered. Also, keep in mind that the windows are placed quite high — if you are of a shorter stature, it’s difficult to enjoy the view of the square. Lastly, the room key comes with a very heavy and bulky keychain, and it can be noisy at night if you leave the window open.
