We had a fantastic stay at Magia di Firenze! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is truly unbeatable, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. If we are fortunate enough to return to Florence in the future we will be staying here again!
Amazing accommodation in an excellent location, very close to the Duomo. The staff was extremely responsive and always ready to help. The room is spacious, with lots of amenities and nice touches like complimentary water and soft drinks every day. Every detail made a big difference in our trip!
The location of this property is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Florence. The room itself is also spacious, and the bathroom is large as well, which initially gave us a good impression. However, the overall experience turned out to be very disappointing. The bathroom door was already broken when we checked in, and we reported it right away, but no one came to fix it. The bathroom floor was not properly sealed, so every time we took a shower, water leaked out through the floor gap and spread across the floor, making it dangerously slippery. I actually slipped and fell because of this — it was painful and frightening. Although someone later came to check, none of the issues were resolved. The water kept leaking, the bathroom door remained broken, and the bathtub stopper still couldn’t hold any water. There were also several mosquitoes in the room — I killed three during our stay. What disappointed us the most was the lack of proper response or care from the property. Even after the accident, no one followed up or showed concern. It really felt like they didn’t take the problems seriously. It’s a pity, because this place has great potential — but without better maintenance and guest care, it’s difficult to recommend. I truly hope the management takes this seriously before someone else gets hurt.
