Reviews
Absolutely 5 star worthy place. First off, I’m grateful for how understanding and accommodating they were of my booking mishap. I had booked an extra night and forgot to cancel it but they helped me figure out a solution without having to overpay. Secondly, the property itself is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and modern while still maintaining the old historic charm. The receptionist is lovely, helpful and gave me some great lunch recommendations. Entry/exit access is very easy and the location is fantastic. The breakfast is fresh and delicious! I’d love to rebook here if I visit Florence again!
