The food is awesome! The service is better than the 5 stars (I'm limited to what I can give, lol). Pasta here is fantastic and well seasoned. The Tiramisu is the best I've ever had. If I wasn't a man, I'd say I teared up a bit over it. Our waiter, affectionately named, "The Old Man" is funny and just an all around great guy. Ask for him when you come.
I visited during a work trip and was recommended this place — I’m so glad I came! The food was absolutely amazing and had a real authentic Italian feel, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. The team were incredibly attentive and welcoming, especially Matteo, who made me feel really well looked after. The location right on the square and next to the train station is a great bonus. Thank you for such a great experience — I would highly recommend!
Really good spot in Florence. The food was amazing—everything tasted fresh and homemade. The pasta was a highlight, especially the cacio e pepe and the tomato pasta, both super flavorful. The steak with mushroom sauce was also really good, tender and cooked perfectly. Nice cozy vibe and the service was friendly. Didn’t feel too touristy, just a solid local place. You will not be dissapointed👍
Had the greatest time here. Food and wine were really good. Our favourites are the pappardelle and the tortellini with porchini mushroom. The host and service were amazing as well. We got Limoncello as complimentary. Totally recommended and would come back again if I am in Florence again.
What I loved the most about my meal here was that all of the dishes were executed with beautiful simplicity. The burrata bread with truffle was not overpowered by truffle, instead letting the richly smooth burrata shine through. Fresh garganelli pasta and fresh tomatoes danced together without excessive salt or seasoning. Noodles were softly tender with perfect egg texture. Osso buco was insanely fork-tender with incredible complex beef flavor permeating every bite, including the marrow. Riserva wine by the glass was delicious too.
