Lorenzo Ghiberti Ghiberti, the artist who carved the last two doors, took over 50 years to finish them! All this before the visit of Brunelleschi's Dome, a work that shocked the world at the time and continues to amaze the world today. The truth is that what Brunelleschi did, was not one dome, but two. This is only a small part of what will be explained during the tour. If you don't see it with your own eyes, you cannot imagine its majesty.
