So far, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy! The staff were so kind and helpful. Free washer in the basement. Restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The room we got was for 4 people and was spacious enough for all of us. Great location as well.
Our stay at Numa Florence Palazzo San Niccolò was nothing short of wonderful. The building itself is stunning, full of historic character yet the interiors are beautifully modern, spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our room was quiet, spacious and incredibly comfortable with little details that made it feel special rather than generic. The location is perfect: tucked into a charming, authentic neighborhood and still within easy walking distance of Florence’s main sights, great cafés and the river. Check-in was smooth and seamless and communication from Numa customer service was clear and responsive throughout our stay. Numa struck the ideal balance between hotel-level comfort and the freedom of a stylish apartment. We felt relaxed, well cared for and genuinely sad to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, stress-free Florence experience. ✨
Very nice, clean room (207). Amazing price-quality ratio. Close to the center, walking distance everywhere. Quite quiet, very nice staff, welcoming place. Highly recommended, especially if you plan to visit a lot and look for a lower-budget place. We had a great stay.
The best hotel with gorgeous design and digital service. I wish we stayed here the entire time when we were in Florence. So special and nice! They have lockers for luggage. The location is very convenient but quiet. The garden is amazing. They also offered us a baby bed. Only downside is no elevator.
