We stayed at San Firenze Suites & Spa for four nights as part of a two-week holiday across Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our loft room was incredibly comfy (with great views of the Florence Cathedral); breakfast was great; and all of the staff were brilliant throughout, ensuring that we wanted for nothing! I'd also highly recommend the private spa, which was very relaxing and provided a great opportunity to decompress mid-way through a busy holiday! A huge thank you to everyone at San Firenze Suites & Spa who made our stay so memorable!
Our room was absolutely beautiful, the service and staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect. The breakfast spread and happy hour spread were also wonderful! A lot of great things to say about the staff and hotel. I would rate this 5 stars except our air conditioner was not good. We had to sleep in about 80 degree weather for two nights and did not get much sleep at all. I think it was likely a one off but a tech came from the hotel and said there was an issue with the AC. We spoke to the hotel staff on day one, and they did provide a fan and offered for us to switch rooms the second day, but we were sight seeing and didn’t get back till later so unfortunately had to go to bed very warm.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice over the last few years and both experiences were wonderful! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with beautiful decoration. The location is very central but manages to stay quiet. Breakfast is great with lots of options, and all of the staff are so helpful. On this recent stay there was a scheduled train strike that would have affected our train and the staff not only informed me of the strike, but also rebooked us on a new train that was guaranteed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Florence.
Not only is the hotel’s location perfect to walk to all the “typical” sights, but it is beautiful, quiet and quaint. Better yet, the staff made our stay even more special by catering to all our needs and desires. If you stay, let the concierge book your reservations, make suggestions for places to see and the best time to see them. A special shout out to Santiago who really took care of us! Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone - they even went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s gluten, egg and dairy intolerance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
My family had an amazing stay. The best location in Florence, located in a corner of a small square next to the Bargello with views of the Duomo. Walkable to everything but also convenient for taxis. Breakfast was top quality. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Very modern top of the line bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.
