Marianna was my waitress on my birthday and she made the whole experience so special. She was super kind, attentive, and just had such a great energy the entire time. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and about the guests.
Fantastic food, friendly staff, and a stylish atmosphere. I highly recommend Tratto! I’ve dined at many restaurants across Italy and around the world, but this place is easily one of the best I've ever experienced. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, this restaurant is a must-visit. For Korean travelers, you absolutely have to try the Fried squid(I do 't remember the name) it’s incredible! Thank you for the surprise event. I'll definitely be back!
We had a truly wonderful experience at Tratto in Florence, thanks to the outstanding service from the entire team. A special mention goes to the host at the entrance—a tall, sweet woman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch—who welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism from the very first moment. Above all, we want to thank our waiter, Marianna. Her service was exceptional—one of the best we have ever received. She is a rare pearl: humble, discreet, attentive, and genuinely caring. Thanks to her, my partner’s birthday became truly unforgettable. This level of service made the whole evening special, and it’s something you don’t come across often. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Came for lunch because of the high rating. Was not disappointed. I’ve been traveling around the world, the service, food and atmosphere here is top tier. Very friendly and informative staff. Thanks to our waitress Flo, I have a new depth of appreciation in Italian cuisine.
Excellent food and great service! The “olive oil tasting” and the first courses are highly recommended. Definitely save some room for dessert! And finally, hats off to Flo — she was simply fantastic!
