A one-Michelin-star restaurant in the heart of Florence's historic centre, is one of those places I always look forward to visiting. The location is beautiful, and from the moment you walk through the entrance, you know you're somewhere special. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling overwhelming, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed lunch. Although I still haven't had the chance to try their tasting menu, I've enjoyed lunch here several times. Their risottos are unforgettable - the kind of dishes that stay with you long after you've finished eating and keep drawing you back whenever you're in Florence. One of the things I appreciate most is how welcoming they are. For lunch, there's usually no need to make a reservation; you can simply walk in and enjoy the experience. And when it comes to vegan dining, they don't make it complicated. The kitchen is happy to adapt dishes, making everyone feel equally welcome. There is a reason I keep coming back to Atto di Vito Mollica. The food is simply outstanding.
Exceptional location which offers beautifully crafted dishes expertly paired with wine. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated including vegetarian. If you’re in Florence make a reservation and enjoy the best night of your stay!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon in Florence and had an absolutely amazing time. We were by far the youngest in the restaurant and yet still felt of utmost priority to the staff and well respected. The service was wonderful, they achieved the difficult balance of being watchful and attentive to our needs without hovering. All servers were very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Grand Tour of the Sea menu. Our server helped us pick a glass of wine to go along with it according to our wine preferences along with what we would be tasting, and it ended up being quite good. The dishes were true art!! From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed by the presentation of the food and the taste. The restaurant itself is a work of art as well. Truly an amazing spot with incredible food, and genuinely the best dessert my husband and I have ever tasted. Highly recommend this Michelin star restaurant for the food, the experience, the atmosphere, and the service!!
We had the most incredible experience at this restaurant during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, I truly felt like a queen — the service was absolutely impeccable, attentive yet effortless. The atmosphere is something you rarely come across. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by history — almost like dining inside a museum. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, creating a truly unique and memorable setting. The presentation of each dish was stunning, and the entire experience felt elevated from start to finish. I took my time to choose a Michelin-starred restaurant in Florence, carefully reading reviews, and I’m genuinely so happy we chose this one. It exceeded all expectations, and I would love to come back again — it has truly become a special place for me. A special thank you to the team for accommodating my request and seating us in such a beautiful spot — it made our evening even more special. Everything was simply outstanding.
