INSANE. Owners Victorio & Chiara accompanied us last minute & cleared their schedules to serve us. Went above & beyond to take care of us. Fresh & homemade pasta. Drinks were 10/10. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great meal with upscale ambiance.
This restaurant is a must while in Florence. The food was unbelievable, the owners were gracious and fun. The location at the river front was fantastic. I would recommend making a reservation as the restaurant has limited seating but the ambiance was worth the visit. They offer a good selection of food and drinks.
Such an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely fantastic. We opted for the seafood blind tasting by Chef Vittorio, highly recommended by the wonderful Chiara, and it exceeded every expectation. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The wine selection was perfectly curated, and each course felt thoughtful and memorable. The oysters were flawless, and the lemon sorbet oyster was truly one of the best bites I’ve ever had. The pasta was cooked to perfect al dente with incredible depth of flavor, and the gnocchi were pillowy and silky smooth. Chef bringing out the torch was so fun! The tuna dish was a delightful surprise, beautifully complemented by a vibrant orange sauce. We ended the evening with crêpes Suzette and limoncello, which was the perfect finishing touch. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is stunning, and the owners bring such warmth and personality to the experience. This is an absolute must-visit if you’re in Florence.
We knew of chef Vittorio De Mena from a divine dining experience we’d had at his previous restaurant* When we found out he was now at Posh we immediately planned to spend our anniversary/my birthday there. It was just as delicious and special as we knew it would be. Everything (especially seafood) so fresh. Unique dishes with simple ingredients yet complex flavors. I could go on and on but just check out the pics, the food doesn’t just look good, it IS good. I didn’t get any pics of the interior but it’s deep jewel-toned velvet and gold detail. They’ll be getting official Medici art in there soon! Something extremely special! Not to mention the location and the intimacy of such few tables. Excellent food and service. One of the best dinners in a long time from Chef Vittorio Tagliatelle with truffles to start, filet of beef with Foie Gras, truffled asparagus and sauté potatoes. The home made focaccia was sublime accompanied by beautiful extra virgin olive oil and balsamico. Followed by an excellent crepe Suzette, and Grappa. Service was exceptional from Chiara. All in all a real hidden gem.
