Our stay at FH55 Hotel in Florence was outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to **Richard** at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. He truly made our stay unforgettable. The location couldn't be better—just steps from the **Duomo**, which we could even see from our window. Despite being in the very heart of Florence, the moment you enter the hotel it feels like a peaceful kingdom of its own, with complete quiet and none of the city's noise. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the room service was fit for royalty—fast, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
Excellent location right in the heart of Florence — everything is within walking distance! The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. Rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom, so space can feel limited. Breakfast is average — nothing special, but enough to start the day. Overall: great location and decent service, perfect for a short city stay. 🌟🌟🌟
Extremely friendly staff, top to bottom everyone was exceptional! The rooms were clean and the turn down service with chocolates was a nice touch. Keep in mind this is a hotel in a modernized old building so rooms and items in the bath room maybe a bit tight compared to North American hotels. The breakfast items could be a bit better arranged and labelled correctly. Overall my family and I had an amazing experience!!
Best location, everything within walking distance. Room was clean and nice comfortable big bed. Bathroom was slightly small, the bidet and toilet were so close to each other. Water in the shower was hot and cold with very low pressure. Breakfast room is very small but the selection was lovely. The staff are very polite especially Paolo, who was very welcoming. Just regret booking airport transfers from hotel which cost 3 times of what we paid for taxi on return.
This was our first trip to Florence & very happy that we chose this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was very clean & comfortable. The service & hospitality is outstanding. A special thanks to Teresa at the front desk for the courtesy & help.
