We came during the world cup and the atmosphere was great, the food feels like real American food, and the service was quick seeing as the bar was full. According to the menu they have a different event each day even not during the world cup so I recommend reserving a place ahead of time especially in bigger groups. Overall the experience was great and the atmosphere was fun even for casual football enthusiasts.
Jon was absolutely the best bartender and server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. His recommendations were great, the drinks were amazing, and he created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Jon—you won’t be disappointed! Garrett pretty cool too:)
Excellent atmosphere, good drinks, even better service and music. Steve and John were out servers and they did an amazing job 10/10. As European service is usually bad compare to America, Steve and John made seems like if we were back home. Food came out right away and their service was on point. I 100% recommended this place.
While visiting Florence, we really wanted to see the Steeler game. We had heard they show the NFL, so we stopped in and asked the manager. When we returned the next day, he had saved us a table and we got to watch our game! Fun atmosphere, with different games going on in different parts of the restaurant. Great hamburgers! The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a fun experience while traveling! Thank you!
