Great location, we got an upgrade and the suite is very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was good. All people were friendly and took care of us to have an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend to book this hotel

A truly wonderful hotel! It is located in a beautiful historic building, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The friendly staff really made the experience special. A special thank you to Anouar, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell that he genuinely enjoys his job, and that makes a real difference. The breakfast was excellent, with everything you need to start your day. The view from the breakfast room was absolutely stunning. A nice extra touch was the free ice machine, where guests can get ice cubes whenever they want. It was especially appreciated on such a hot day and made our stay even more comfortable.

Fantastic location but underwhelming for the price. It was a great central spot for walking everywhere. Staff was friendly and overall helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel (room, hallways, etc.) had off and on musty/smoky smells. As expected in an older building, the bathroom had no ventilation (we had to prop the door open) and a single soap for everything — no separate shampoo or conditioner. However, the air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature. On one day, housekeeping knocked on our door over 5 times within 20 minutes even after we told them we were staying in and didn’t need service. They also knocked on checkout day asking when we’d be leaving, even though we were departing early. Breakfast was disappointing with soggy eggs, low-quality meats, etc. so we skipped it. Overall, it felt very average and I’d look elsewhere for a more comfortable stay next time.

We stayed for one night at Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio. The hotel itself is in a very busy area of town, right at the end of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. If you want to be right in the action, this hotel is a great spot for you. If you're looking for something more quiet and off the beaten path, you will want to look elsewhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were allowed to store luggage for the day after we checked out with no issue or concern. The desk staff also helped us call a cab to the train station after check out which was extremely helpful since we were in such a busy area. The room was relatively small, but exactly what we needed for one night. We would stay again!

Hotel in a period building with plenty of charm. Staff are wonderful. Helpful and friendly. The location can't really be faulted, as you're within waking distance of most tourist destinations. Due to the age of the building, and the city centre location, it can be a little noisy at night, but this didn't affect our short city break. A really enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
