What an incredible experience at the Firstglass flagship store in Florence! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at home. Cristiana, Jamie, and Guido were beyond kind, warm, and welcoming- the kind of genuine hospitality that makes shopping feel like catching up with old friends. Their knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was clear they truly care about giving every customer a memorable experience. This flagship store sets the bar for what exceptional service should look like. If you’re in Florence, this is a must-visit. Can’t recommend it enough- grazie mille to the whole team!
Such a fun experience! We made the walk over and for good reason. The view is stunning, they’re planning amazing music, and the staff are so sweet.Great wine, great aperol, great vibe, and awesome customer service. Definitely recommend stopping by!!! Don’t miss it!

I notced the place on google maps and thought I'd give a try. I had a couple of glasses of their Prosecco gold, which was very nice. The winebar concept here is different, which make a change. Location is great, right by the river. I went on a lunchtime, so nice for a quick stop. Luca was a great host. Highly recomnended
Uhhh… what a great place! We came in looking for something nice to drink and ended up having an amazing experience. We had two glasses of Argentine wine and they were absolutely spectacular—great body, flavor, and top quality. The atmosphere is super cozy and perfect to relax and enjoy your time. But the best part was the service: 10/10—friendly, attentive, and with excellent recommendations. Definitely a place to come back and keep trying more wines. Highly recommended! 🍷
