Great location, central to everything & easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were good & well looked after. My only negative was when we asked about a late check out (2pm instead of 12pm), we were told that it would be 50% charge based on the cost of the last night cost. I wouldn't have minded paying a charge, but 50% for 2 hours is excessive! Not that it changes our stay experience, it just felt unreasonable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thanks to Mai, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Her excellent customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future
Not bad- we had an issue with our room and the customer service was great and they resolved it. Had another issue with dry cleaning extra charges at the end and Francisco helped us with it he was super nice and helpful . Very walkable location. Breakfast was not amazing but edible
Absolutely amazing hotel. Great location and very nice rooms. Front desk reception rep May was amazing!!! She was very helpful for all of our taxi bookings and let us know what to do around Florence. I would highly recommend this place!
It was a truly wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Although we only stayed for one night, we really appreciated being given time to enjoy the pool and spa. The location was perfect for exploring the city even late and the breakfast area had a lovely atmosphere. The food was also delicious. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Florence.🩷
