A little out of the city of Florence, but accessible to taxi or bus only. Many buses come around the hotel. Rooms are completely dated...need refurbishment urgently. Breakfast is outstanding by italian standard & tge pool area is a must in summer...
Booked partly for the pool, Booking and the English website stated open from May to September. Got there: no pool. They then told me it only opens in June, which I couldn't find written anywhere before booking. I didn't want a refund, just a small gesture for a missing amenity we'd already paid for. The receptionist promised the manager would follow up, I have it in writing. That was two weeks ago. Several reminders later, still zero reply. The pool wasn't really the problem. Being promised an answer and then ignored was.
Very bad. Absolutely disgusting. Tomas are dirty and old, the service is non existent. Breakfast very poor. Swimming pool opening on June 1st although it was really hot on may 25th. Reception is incompetent. They took our stuff and check us out although the room had been paid for two more nights. Really very very bad. Do not recommend. Honestly the worst experience in Tuscany.
Location is a bit out of hand but the bus station is right next to it. Everything is a bit dated, pool looks very bad and elevator is old. Rooms are big and breakfast is okay.
