Great food and service. There’s an area way inside with lots of seating and AC
I had the spaghetto eataly and it was very good. The service was also nice. The restaurant is tucked away in the back of the retail store, the outdoor seating is a separate restaurant.
What is it about sight seeing in Florence that makes people so hungry? We sat down and ordered salad and focaccia with Spritzer aperitifs before buying tons of stuff inside the store. Our return flight to Thailand was 3 hours late, so we’re anxiously awaiting all those phenomenal regional Italian products when our baggage arrives from Suvarnabhumi airport tonight. I took 2 photos of the bread/sandwiches on offer inside the shop. The 6.9 (discounted from 9.50) Euro Chianti [we had our our last night was superb
It was absolutely amazing there. I was on a class trip there, friendly staff, even good in English. The pasta was devastatingly delicious, creamy, warm, seasoned, just perfect. This is definitely a spot if you want to try authentic Italian pasta.
Eataly is an international Italian food marketplace and restaurant chain founded in 2007 in Turin, Italy. Eataly Firenze is one of these official chain locations, following the same concept: a large marketplace for premium Italian groceries, multiple dining options. it’s reliably the same high-standard Eataly experience you’d find in Milan or Rome! The multi-level space feels modern and vibrant, with a bustling marketplace on the ground floor stocked with high-quality Italian products: fresh pastas, cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, wines from across Italy, and gorgeous pastries from their bakery. It’s like a curated celebration of Italian gastronomy—great for browsing, grabbing gifts, or even picking up picnic supplies.
