We had a truly wonderful stay at Arno Boutique in Florence! A heartfelt thank you to Ali and Shannon who made our experience absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and were even allowed to check in 2 hours early which was such a thoughtful gesture. Shannon made all the organisation incredibly easy through WhatsApp, responding quickly and efficiently at every step of our stay. We were even able to send our check-in documents in advance so that upon arrival everything was already sorted and we could go straight to our room. Whenever we needed any help or had any questions during our stay Shannon was always just a WhatsApp message away which made everything so effortless and stress free. On our last day we were also able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out which was extremely convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We stayed in Room 3 and can highly recommend it! The room was very well equipped with coffee and tea facilities, slippers, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and all toiletries including soaps and shower gel were of excellent quality and very clean. Daily housekeeping was always offered but honestly the room was so well maintained that we did not feel the need for it every day. The bed was very comfortable and cosy, though we are used to king size at home so the queen size felt slightly smaller by comparison but that is purely a matter of personal preference and habit. Ali was also incredibly helpful with local tips and restaurant recommendations, giving us genuine insider knowledge about the city which truly enriched our stay. The location is also excellent, just one stop from the city centre, making it very easy to get around Florence. We highly recommend Arno Boutique and hope to return on our next visit to Florence! Locate next to US embassy. Our room has only a window on top of the door! My overlooked? Clean in general. Management responsive even late at night because of noise from a machine room? But stop later. Need to go stairs on the 2nd floor without elevators. This is the problem with many Florence small hotels. Our luggage are heavy! Make sure you know it!
