Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Thank you Danai for making our stay here extra enjoyable. If you plan to visit various sites in the city, Floren hotel has the best location. Everything is accessible within 10 minute walk from the hotel. We recommend it to everyone who is considering visiting Florence!
The service at this hotel was incredible, rivaling all the well know high-end hotels, if not exceeding. We traveled withour 11 month old daughter and by day 2, it seemed like everyone on staff knew her name, would wave and say hi each time they saw her, and went out of their way to accomodate. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning service was very thorough. The location is great (though the main road was under construction during our stay) you can walk to any and all main attractions. We would stay here again every trip back to Florence.
The suite was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and the luggage staff were friendly. BUT, housekeeping woke us up twice!! (at 9 AM and 10 AM) and entered without knocking or ringing the bell!! The receptionist was also not welcoming. The hotel needs to improve staff service and respect guests’ privacy!
I had a great stay at Floren Luxury Hotel in February 2026. It is a true 5-star hotel with excellent service. The rooms are new and very well maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which is quite rare for Italy. The only issue I noticed was a strong chemical smell in some rooms, possibly from cleaning products or laundry detergent. As someone with allergies, this was quite uncomfortable, and I had to keep the windows open. I would suggest changing the cleaning products so that guests with allergies do not experience these issues.
