Learn skills from chefs with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. Head first to the vegetable stall located next to the tower to choose seasonal products. At the tower, breathe in the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language, as the tower belonged to his wife's family. From flour to ragù, you will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. Prepare three types of fresh pasta, such as ravioli, tortellini, and tagliatelle. As you prepare your pasta, make sauces to match, such as butter and sage, parole, and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
