Important Information

  • All visitors to the museum must go through an airport-style security check. It could take approximately 10-15 minutes You will climb 414 steps to reach the top of the Bell Tower. There is no elevator, not raccomandate for pregnant women. The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics. It closes at 2 PM on the first Sunday of each month The cathedral is closed on Sundays and during Christian holidays, and it could be closed (even without prior notice) for any other liturgical reason. When the cathedral is closed, you can not enter the crypt On Sundays, the tour covers the cathedral from the outside
