You will meet your professional guide at our bike depot in Florence where we will provide you with the right bike and helmet for you. There will be a short training session for safety, along with an introduction to the day's itinerary. This picturesque bike ride in the Tuscan countryside will lead you along olive groves, vineyards, hillside villa estates, and breathtaking panoramic views of Florence, riding through the heart of Tuscany. As you leave Florence behind, you will see typical Tuscany villages and olive orchards while enjoying panoramic stops to take some photos and learn about local life and nature from our knowledgeable guide. At the end of the morning, we will reach out to a family-owned farm in the Chianti Classico region. There, the guide will take you through the estate, explaining the methods of olive harvesting and the production of extra virgin olive oil and wine. Then, it's time for a delightful multi-course Tuscan lunch accompanied by locally produced wine and olive oil - which is claimed by many of our guests to be one of the best meals of their Italian trip! The return back to Florence is mainly downhill, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. This professionally guided bike tour promises a perfect combination of adventure, cultural immersion, and culinary traditions, making it a quintessential Tuscan experience for cyclists. There are some hilly sections (it's Tuscany!), so we recommend asking for an e-bike if you are not fit.Includes

We reserve the right to deny any participant taking part or continuing the bike tour if we feel the participant is unable to operate the bike safely. No refunds are offered.
