We reseved the garden suit which was great. Very spacious with air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The whole place smells amazing. I don't know what product they use, but I loved the smell. The location is good. I recommend this place 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well presented and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The accommodation is located away from the crowds and around a 25 minute stroll into the city centre.

We stayed a week in the hotel during our spring vacation. The hotel is in a beautiful mansion located on a quiet street. It's very convenient to go to the city center by tram (2 stops) or bus. Walking will take about 15min. The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities are modern. There is a beautiful backyard in the hotel. Our room also had access to the terrace where you can see the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well maintained. The only suggestion I had is that maybe a little more storage space in the room would be great for guests with kids and staying for a longer time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A gem for a Florence city break We stayed at Messori Suites for a short weekend in Florence and couldn’t have picked a better base. The property is housed inside a beautiful historic palazzo with a charming interior garden — a peaceful oasis that instantly makes you feel you’re experiencing the real Florence, not just another hotel. The rooms are modern, tastefully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail has been thought through, and the contrast between the historic palazzo shell and the contemporary interiors works wonderfully. A big plus: even though the building only has two floors, there’s a proper elevator — a small but very welcome convenience with luggage. The location is excellent. The street is quiet, so nights are restful, yet you’re just steps from the elegant Piazza della Libertà and the famous Caffè Lietta (the birthplace of the Negroni, and a perfect spot for a morning cappuccino under the portico). The city center is an easy, pleasant 15–20 minute walk away, and all the major sights — the Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo — are reachable on foot through some of Florence’s most beautiful streets. Ideal for a short city break: quiet for sleeping, central enough for everything, and with the kind of character that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended! 🌿🇮🇹
