Lovely location near the river. Homely, clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities to have a lovely stay. I enjoyed not having housekeeping in my room each day and making it my own space whilst I was there. But still having everything I need accessible.
Really nice staff, large , clean rooms and bathrooms. The accommodation was quiet and there was a good breakfast option in the building. Awesome bath sheets.
Everything was absolutely top notch, from the staff, rooms, whole hotel and location. I can’t say enough good things about my experience in their Santa crura location in Florence . A shout out to Andreas, Pervaiz and Marvin for making my stay so memorable. It’s meticulously maintained, the rooms very very spacious even the ones listed compact, with tall ceilings, the location perfect, the staff one of the best ones I’ve come across. Highly highly recommend
The hotel has an excellent location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. As we are Turkish, they even prepared a “welcome” note in Turkish, which was a thoughtful touch. The keyless room access system was also very convenient. The beds were truly double beds, not two single beds pushed together, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a small garden where you can relax. Another nice detail was that conditioner was provided in the bathroom.
Great rooms - much bigger than we expected and very clean. Has all amenities one would need including ironing board/iron. Very secure. Great location - close proximity to attractions and central but away from the hustle and bustle so not too noisy. Had some construction in the area but wasn’t a bother at all. Awesome value for money! Lovely team and very easy and seamless online check in system.
