Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and welcoming giving us recommendations. No breakfast but they do provide coffee in the morning. The team definitely appreciate if you make an effort to speak some Italian. Our room had a shower but not all do, we used the shared toilet / bathroom which was really clean and I didn’t find there was a queue often at all. Always had toilet roll and soap. The room was nice , beds are comfy and everything is clean. We got towels refreshed as needed when the room was done, shower gel Provided and soap. Road outside is loud but sometimes there’s live musicians which was cool. Would warm that there’s fans in some rooms but no air con and some of the slats on the bed are loose and can fall out . Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs and no ramp or lift . I’d definitely stay here again! So close to the duomo and a short walk to the ponte vecchio and lots of shops , piazzas and cafes
Nice location but a bit tricky to find. We messaged the host and they helped us find it away. Look for the Pandolfini flag. The room was large with a sink. The furniture in the main rooms were beautiful. There are over 60 steps so if you have mobility issues this isn’t for you. We shared a bathroom with several rooms but it was never an issue. Facility was clean. Hosts were kind. Location was great.
Very cute hotel only a block away from the Duomo. Rooms were quaint and bathroom facilities are shared, but this is reflected in the price and they are kept very clean.Staff were very friendly and offered some great suggestions for local eateries and sights to see in Florence. The hotel is on a second floor with no elevator access, so be prepared to haul your luggage up! Overall, very pleased with my experience here
