Perfect location right next to the Duomo! The room was clean and the AC worked very well.
You couldn’t get a better position! The rooms and bathrooms are huge and impeccably clean. The staff could not be any more obliging or helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, beautiful starched linen, fabulous air con and blinds on windows do you can sleep whenever you like. I walked to everywhere and didn’t take a single taxi or bus in the 6 days o stayed there. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole stay! I’ll be back !
Fantastic hotel right in the city center, literally steps away from the Duomo. The strategic location allows you to explore all of Florence on foot. The room was spotless, cozy, and featured very comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Note on breakfast: they offer it right at their restaurant's terrace. It’s absolutely wonderful to start the day with an excellent espresso and a lovely view. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a 10/10 location without breaking the bank. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic hotel, fabulous location. There was a few of us from our party booked in and we all agreed about the comfort, standard and quality of the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Beds very comfortable. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel we all said we would definitely return again.
This may be listed as a two star hotel but the location, cleanliness and support of the staff make it a 5 star.. We only stayed the night.. right at the Douma...comfortable clean and had a lift. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.. They were even able to hold our bags while we explored after our check out.
