The Open Bar is a meet-up place with a fine minimalist design, during the day is transformed from a pasticceria with pastries made on the premises into a tea room and then into a veritable cocktail bar with an great aperitif-buffet and after-dinner drinks.
The pasticceria opens at 7.30 with brioches and croissants and various freshly baked pastries. It offers “quick lunch” with selections inspired by the South of Italy such as arancini di riso (rice fritters), in addition to a vast selection of filled bread rolls, integralia and brioche bread all made on the premises.
Then comes the aperitif time, the lights are dimmed, candles are lit, the atmosphere warmed with choice music.Our bar staff will delight your palate with their cocktails and imagination. Cocktails that are innovative, newly invented, classic, or with a new twist, from classic Martini cocktails to the more experimental; whatever your taste, our bar staff are in any case always ready to cater to your every request. Champagnes and Italian spumanti served by the glass as well as a vast selection of red and white wines. Rum tasting and vodka tasting to be enjoyed in different ways, spirits of varied origin in a marvellous salon overlooking the Arno. The buffet accompanying the aperitif is prepared and continually replenished directly from the restaurant kitchen.
