This is an excellent hotel! In my opinion, it should be rated 4 stars instead of 3. Starting with the service and amenities, Giovani was excellent and welcoming! We got an upgrade with an amazing view to the Arno River. The breakfast people were very nice too. Speaking of the breakfast, it was excellent! You definitely cannot miss it. It has a huge variety, local products, and great coffee. The rooftop is also very nice with great views of the city and the Duomo. The rooms are very comfortable and unique in design. The bed was very comfortable, great air conditioner, and excellent shampoo and soap locally sourced from a Farmacia. The shower was great and had excellent water pressure, hot and cold water. The location is very good if you are flying out, because it is only 20 to 25 minutes from the airport. It is also close to the train station. It is tucked away from the city center, which makes it very calm and safe. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the city center, and most the places and attractions in Florence. You can also get a taxi right in front of the hotel if you do not want to walk. The views from this hotel are unbeatable. It is a really nice hotel overall, and I would definitely stay here again! There are also a lot of restaurants and places to eat around the hotel. Thank you for 4F Hotel! We loved it and had a great time!
We stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our room overlooked the river and it was nice to just sit with the balcony open. It wasn't in the heart of center city, but it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. It was also next door to the American consulate (3 other consulates in the same building) so the neighborhood felt very safe.
Our stay in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and assistance. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!
This hotel made our visit in Florence so complete. The room is cozy and the staff very helpful and make sure we enjoy our time here. I usually do not appreciate breakfast at hotels but this one changed my opinion about it. The only thing that isn’t top is the location but not negative at all. It’s worth the extra walking to get here and the neighborhood is very calm and nice. Would be glad to spend my next journey to Florence here.
Excellent Boutique Hotel well located nearby the center of the old city and the central station which can easily be reached by foot, Rooms are well designed, quite and overlooking the Arno River. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty and well presented in buffet style. We will definitely come back for our next stay in Florence.
