This hotel has the best customer service ever! From the front desk to the breakfast staff, they are friendly, happy, and always willing to help! A special shout out to the breakfast staff; Katarina, Mele, and Claudia. They are the most welcoming, caring, and they love to help people. They are always smiling and it is contagious!! I would highly recommend this hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are beautiful!
Google is mistaken, there's no rooftop bar. That said, there's a small garden bar. Room had more street noise than I'd expected, but was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was very good and the service was exceptionally gracious.
