All'Antico Ristoro di Cambi is a typically tuscan trattoria, located away from the tourist routes, in a nice square nearby the river Arno.
The restaurant is very rustic and simple, I would say fun, with a beautiful vaulted ceiling from which various kinds of cold meat are hanging. The atmosphere is deeply warm and welcoming.
I would suggest to try the excellent fried artichokes and the cheese selection, even if here the undisputed protagonist is the T-bone steak.
