The restaurant Il Guscio offers a choice of traditional homemade dishes, prepared with top quality materials, for lunch - different every day and on Friday: Fish! The look is the one of the typical trattoria with yellow paper as tablecloth. While in the evening the restaurant changes its look to become an elegant enoteca with ivory linen tablecloth. Refined plates with a variety of meat and fresh fish every day, traditional Florentine dishes that vary according to season. The classic T-bone steak, fillet of beef liver pate with vin santo, cheek braised in red wine, tuna steak with pickled onions from Tropea, frying of fish and many other dishes.
Their wine cellar hosts around 400 different labels, both Italian and from other countries, 70% of the wines come from Tuscany. 8 different choices of wine by the glass!
